I didn't run into any latency issues with Windows running native. I didn't ever track it down or try to troubleshoot it, but it was a consistent issue for my time using the native setup.

Running native on Windows 10 has been decent, but I would have occasional CPU spikes with audio dropout that would correlate to my wireless mouse moving after long times of inactivity. All have been fixable issues, but I have yet to encounter them on the Windows machine, and use the Windows setup most of the time.
